Chandler and his crew do the work themselves
Usenicnik Contracting is a family-owned business on Cliff Mine Road in Coraopolis, run by Chandler Usenicnik. He comes out, looks at the job, and gives you a clear price.
Then his crew shows up and stays on it until it's done. Customers say it over and over: on time, clean job site, no wasted days. One fence went up in two days. One deck was torn off and rebuilt in three and a half.

Chandler and crew were absolutely amazing! I shopped around on fencing and Chandler was the absolute one I definitely knew right away. Down to earth and knew exactly what I needed. No pressure and he was a great listener. They battled the extreme heat to make sure my two dogs had a fence to run free. Thank you all! Rocco and Lloyd said they love you!!!
I hired Usenicnik to install a new deck. They tore down an existing deck and replaced it with a new one. It didn't take them all but 3 1/2 days. I was really happy with that. And I think the pictures speak for themselves about the quality of the work. I had no complaints! Recommend them to you,
Hired Usenicnik to repaint a room for us. Came out and gave a very reasonable quote, communicated clearly on when they could do it and made sure it fit my schedule. Came exactly when they said they would, finished when they said they would, cleaned everything up, very friendly! Even did a quick touch up in a different room we never discussed until they were about to leave. Would definitely recommend them!
We couldn’t be happier with the fence that was built for us. The team did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the fence completely transformed our property. On top of that, the price was great compared to other quotes we had previously received. The crew was respectful, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when they were done. I would absolutely them to anyone looking for high-quality work at a great price.
